Customer Journey
Initial Call
Let’s get to know each other and see if franchising is right for you. We’ll discuss the pros and cons of franchising, as well as your skill set, goals, and investment range.
Discovery Call
(1–2 weeks after Initial Call)
Before scheduling this call, you’ll complete a Confidential Questionnaire and a personality profile test. During the call, we’ll focus on you and your motivations. The more we know, the better we can match you with concepts that align with your goals. We’ll also dive into your “Why.” A strong reason “why” can help you overcome challenges that arise during the franchising process. After the call, we’ll explore available brands in your market that best suit your profile.
Finance
We’ll discuss your comfort level with liquid investment and identify the best funding options to meet your needs. We partner with national lenders, so understanding your qualification up front, much like when buying a home, can give you confidence in the process.
Brand Presentation Call
(1–2 weeks after Discovery Call)
Once we’ve compiled a list of brands that fit your profile and are available in your market, we’ll review these options over a screen-share call. The goal is to choose brands you’d like to explore further to understand their business model, support, and potential.
Investigation
(2-4 months)
This is a mutual evaluation process where you’ll learn about each brand’s model. You’ll complete due diligence, join webinars, meet with brand representatives, and validate with current franchisees. We’ll hold debrief calls to discuss your progress and address any concerns as they arise.
Meet the Team Day (MTTD)
You’ll have the opportunity to visit the corporate location and meet the team who could become your partners. This one- to two-day experience lets you see firsthand what you’ve learned throughout your investigation. By the end of the visit, you’ll have clarity on whether you’d like to receive an offer.
Decision
(1 week or less)
If you receive an offer, it’s time to decide whether to accept or decline.
Legal
Upon accepting an offer, we can connect you with a franchise attorney to guide you through the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and Franchise Agreement (FA). A franchise attorney’s expertise can help clarify terminology and ensure you understand legal commitments.
Sign Franchise Agreement (FA)
You, along with any partners or spouses, will sign the franchise agreement and submit the franchise fee. Congratulations—your next steps with the brand begin, and you’re on your way!
We are your partner through the process!
